Telephone Access
To Your
Account Information
As a participant in a plan serviced by KT Administrators, Inc., you can access your individual account information as well as change your account information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through KT Administrators, Inc. Telephone Access System.
In order to access your account via KT Administrators, Inc. Telephone Access System line you must first know your social security number and your four digit personal identification number (PIN). You then dial 1-800-788-4015 and you will be connected to KT Administrators, Inc. main telephone answering system. You then press 7, then 2 to access the account information system. The account information system will greet you and ask you to enter your social security number followed by the # key. The account access information will then ask you to enter your four digit PIN number followed by the # key. At this point the system will greet you and tell you the total value of your account at that time. Once you have reached this point, the telephone access system will provide you with detailed directions and steps to take to find out MORE.
Information available: - Detailed Balance Information - Total Balances by source and by fund given by units/price/market value, total vested balances, project future balances and total contributions by source;
- Account Administration - Hear current elections, change fund elections % and change your PIN;
- Fund Transfers - transfer fund balances in all accounts and hear list of funds;
- Loan Information - outstanding loan principal;
- Review requests entered but not yet processed.
