Administrative Services Provided
A. Your Objectives and Priorities
It is our experience that any employer sponsoring a 401(k) savings plan has the following priorities in the administrative services area:
- Timely employee statements and employer consolidated reports.
- Easy to read employee statements that are appreciated by the employees.
- Accurate information produced by the administrator and assurance that the information is correct.
- Efficient, responsive handling of plan distributions, loans, withdrawals.
- One point of accountability for administration of plans.
- Participant Educational Tools
B. Our Commitment to You
KT Administrators, Inc. will accommodate these objectives and priorities as follows:
- Quick Turnaround Time - Participant statements are generated within three weeks of the end of a plan year quarter and at your option can be mailed to a participant's home directly from our office.
- Understandable Statements - Each statement can provide information not only on the account balances, but also current shares held in various investment options.
- Accuracy - A fully reconciled accounting report is provided on an annual basis with the IRS filing forms.
- Coordination of Responsibilities - We will meet with the trustees early in the implementation process. We will provide an Administration Manual with pertinent forms and instructions for completion.
- Accountability and Responsiveness - KT Administrators, Inc. will take full responsibility for monitoring the ongoing servicing requirements.
- Legal Expertise - KT Administrators, Inc. is managed and owned by Gary L. Beaver, Esq., a pension attorney with over 25 years of experience in the qualified plan area.
- Employee Educational Services - KT Administrators, Inc. provides extensive employee educational services which include group and individual employee meetings as well as user friendly educational tools, planning tools and much, much more.
- Investment Flexibility - Our expertise is primarily in the area of third party plan administration. As such, the decisions the trustees make regarding investments do not affect our ability to provide administration services today or in the future as your investment choices may change.

- Allow for the transferring of funds among individual participant accounts utilizing a secure web-site and an 800 number (See Section D).
- Value assets on a daily basis for individual participant accounts.
- Our in house legal people monitor plan compliance and keep you up-to-date on new legislation and regulations.
- Our state-of-the-art 401(k) plan computer administration system has the flexibility to meet your reporting needs.
- One point of accountability (you are assigned only one Account Manager) to handle all aspects of plan administration including:
- PLAN COMPLIANCE TESTING
- DISTRIBUTIONS & PARTICIPANT LOANS
- EMPLOYEE STATEMENTS
- ACCOUNT AND ASSET RECONCILIATION
- EMPLOYER CONSOLIDATED REPORTS
- Flexibility to provide either full service or "wraparound" services such as compliance testing, consulting and government form preparation.
D. Participant Account Web Access System and Telephone Access System
KT Administrators, Inc. in keeping with the latest technological advances in servicing of 401(k) plans has a 24-hour, 7-days a week Participant Account Web Access System and Telephone Access System to better serve our clients. This system is state-of-the-art and offers the same advantages to your participants that you would think only existed with your larger mutual fund and insurance companies. The systems are available to all plans and can be customized to suit your objectives; for example, limit the number of exchanges available to a participant within a quarter. The system is accessed via a secure web-site or an 800 phone number and offers but is not limited to the following benefits:

The Participant Account Web Access System has additional features that are not available through the Telephone Access System. They are as follows:
- Personal Information - Participant's mailing address, date of birth, date of service and date of participation is listed.
- Transaction History - Participants can find out the details of all activity in their account. Information on monies invested, price per share, and shares purchased. They can view up to 90 days of past history.
- 401(k) Tools - An individualized link to analyzing a participant's plan investment options. Information includes fund performance details and Morningstar reviews and ratings. Learn about asset allocation and investment strategy. Many educational items and articles; a Q&A to help participants develop their own investment strategy.
