Investment Services Provided

A. Your Objectives and Priorities

It is our experience that any employer sponsoring a 401(k) savings plan has the following priorities in the investment services area:

  • Periodic investment performance on funds offered in plan
  • Periodic investment review and analysis

 

B. Our Commitment to You

KT Administrators, Inc. will accommodate these objectives and priorities as follows:

  • Quarterly Investment Performance - Each quarter, KT Administrators, Inc. provides its clients with the following: Portfolio Summary Report (The one page report lists all of the funds your plan currently offers and provides brief information regarding the fund category and objective as well a past performance); Advanced Analytics Report (This one page report is provided on each of the funds in your plan and each page for each fund details performance and other analytic measurements related to each fund); Morningstar Fund Report (This one page report is provided on each fund that Morningstar has reviewed and summarized. This report provides detail of exact holdings and Morningstar's review of the fund). This information is generated from the Morningstar Principia Mutual Funds System of which we are a subscriber.
  • Investment Review - KT Administrators, Inc. subscribes to Morningstar as a way of receiving independent monthly information regarding fund performance, etc. We can assist the trustees in their evaluation of funds being offered.
